Event Description:

Join Caputo’s Market & Deli for an exclusive virtual tasting event unveiling their newest Wild Chocolate bar, crafted from the rarest cacao ever documented: 100% genetically pure wild Criollo, identified by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund (HCP). This bar is the finale in Caputo’s Wild Chocolate trilogy, following the Wild Juruá and Wild Tranquilidad bars.

The event includes a tasting kit featuring all three Wild Cacao bars (retail value of $98), creations by Caputo’s pastry chef Marian McKenney, and additional surprises. Attendees will learn about the origins of these unique cacaos, meet the individuals dedicated to preserving them, and discover the processes transforming wild beans into exceptional chocolate.
