Event Description
José López Ganem and Carla Martin will co-teach an 8-week online class at Stanford Continuing Studies called "Chocolate: From Commodity Crop to Ephemeral Luxury" from April 19 to June 7. Registration is now open. This course is for people who seek to be more confident in their ability to navigate chocolate products and who want to be more thoughtful about their chocolate consumption.

Much gratitude to Dr. Liz Thach, MW, for her excellent example of course design for this community of learners (check out her course on the Business of Wine beginning April 3), and to Lu Liu of The Chocolate House DC, for her generous support in preparing an elaborate tasting kit for our students (check out their amazing selection of chocolate products).
