WORKSHOP IS FULL! Are you interested to author an entry for the FCIA Fine Chocolate Glossary? Join this term workshop, led by Glossary Architect Dr. Kristy Leissle. This workshop will introduce the Glossary as a thought leadership tool, and participants will learn how to write a definition that is comprehensive, credible, and demonstrates their expertise.

We will cover important issues of inclusivity and inviting diverse voices into the Glossary, and managing terms that may be contentious or confusing.

In this 1.5-hour workshop, we will address the issues above through exercises and active listening, and then spend time discussing and debating the meaning of 1-2 fine chocolate-related terms.
