Drawing on their experience selling at over 100 festivals across the country, and now producing large-scale chocolate and coffee festivals ourselves, this session shares practical insights from both sides of the table. They will explore what makes festivals successful for vendors, how to choose the right events, and the key strategies that help chocolate makers turn sampling and conversations into meaningful sales and long-term customer relationships.
