Whether you’re working from your shop, cacao farm, kitchen, office, or kitchen table, FCIA Connect: Open Office Hours is your space to pull up a chair, talk shop, and lean on the collective expertise of our global fine chocolate community.

Why Drop In?

Running a fine chocolate business brings unique challenges from sourcing and production hurdles to marketing, retail, and scaling operations. You don't have to figure it out alone.

This casual, drop-in format allows you to join whenever you are free during the hour, stay as long as you like, and participate at your own pace.

What to Expect:

  • Peer-to-Peer Problem Solving: Tap into the collective knowledge of fellow makers, growers, chocolatiers, retailers, and experts. Bring a specific challenge you're currently facing or offer your own insights to support others.
  • Direct Access to FCIA Leadership: Chat informally with FCIA President Sander Wolf, Vice President Nate Saal, and other visiting board members in a relaxed setting.
  • Meaningful Connections: Meet fellow members across the international fine chocolate value chain and build relationships that extend well beyond the screen.
  • Casual Open-Floor Environment: Come as you are! Grab a coffee, bring your questions, or simply drop in to listen and stay connected with the pulse of the industry.

How to Join

While this event is completely free for active FCIA members, registration is required to receive your secure Zoom access link.
