The Fine Chocolate Industry Association (FCIA) is returning to the Northwest Chocolate Festival on October 3–4, presenting two full days of educational programming on the FCIA Stage in Room #404. Featuring 14 expert-led sessions, the lineup covers cacao origins, chocolate-making science, label transparency, brand growth, pairing, and home cacao cultivation.
