Keith Thomas Ayoob, EdD, RDN, FAND
Dr. Keith Thomas Ayoob is Associate Clinical Professor Emeritus at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. For 33 years, he directed a nutrition clinic specializing in special needs, obesity, family dynamics, and motivational counseling.
An internationally recognized nutrition expert, Dr. Ayoob co-authored the landmark global nutrition policy for the Walt Disney Corporation in 2006 (updated in 2012), which received endorsement from the White House and First Lady Michelle Obama. He served as an official media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for nine years and has conducted over 1,500 media interviews across television, radio, print, and digital outlets. Dr. Ayoob holds his doctorate from Columbia University’s Teachers College and his Master’s degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
