Chef Michael Laiskonis was Kahkow's first Chocolate-Maker-in-Residency. He experimented with a Dominican Nacional profile, which is one of the first cacao recipes of the Rizek Historical Selection, a collection that celebrates the depth and excellence of Rizek Cacao.
