The Fine Chocolate Industry Association (FCIA) concludes 2025 with a renewed sense of stability, growth, and forward momentum, following a year of leadership transition, expanded programming, and significant operational improvements. Midyear, FCIA successfully navigated a board leadership change, expressing gratitude to outgoing President Dahlia Graham of Fruition Chocolate Works and welcoming Sander Wolf, founder of the Dallas Chocolate Festival, as Board President. Following board elections, the association further strengthened governance with the addition of Kay Thibodeaux and Keith Ayoob, and relaunched its Communications Committee to reinforce transparency and member engagement.
Throughout the year, FCIA focused on building internal capacity and long-term sustainability, adding staff support, modernizing its financial infrastructure, transitioning to the GrowthZone membership platform, launching a new website, and closing the year in a stable financial position. Programming expanded both in person and online, with member gatherings, festival partnerships, educational webinars, and new initiatives such as FCIA Connect and FCIA Open House designed to foster learning, networking, and accessibility. With strengthened partnerships, expanded discounts, and a clear vision for the future, FCIA enters 2026 energized and well positioned to continue supporting fine chocolate professionals worldwide.
